Ashiatsu

30 min, 60 min, 90 min, 120 min

Ashiatsu is a deep, barefoot massage technique where a therapist uses their feet to deliver consistent, broad pressure to the body, allowing for deeper muscle penetration and more even distribution of pressure than traditional massages. The term "Ashiatsu" translates to "foot pressure" in Japanese, and this method is excellent for relieving chronic muscle tension, improving circulation, and increasing flexibility, particularly in large muscle groups like the back, hamstrings, and glutes. Therapists use overhead bars for balance and safety while applying pressure, making it a deeply relaxing, full-body treatment

Reflexology (Foot Massage)

30 min, 60 min

Reflexology massage is a precise technique of applying varying pressure to different points around the body. These points (found on the feet, hands, and ears) are believed to be directly connected to the body’s functioning systems and organs. This technique focuses on the repetition of pressure on nerve endings, which is believed to release the blockages along the circulatory system and can lead to better balance internally. Therapists refer to this as blocked energy along meridian points, which are 12 areas of the body that are believed to be vital to overall health.

Deep Tissue

30 min, 60 min, 90 min, 120 min

A deep tissue massage works on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and promote healing. It is especially beneficial for people with chronic aches and pains or those experiencing stiffness in areas such as the neck, lower back, shoulders, and legs. Uses more intense pressure than Swedish massage. The therapist may use elbows, forearms, and knuckles to apply deep, firm pressure.

Sport Massage

30 min, 60 min, 90 min, 120 min

Sports massage therapy is a form of deep tissue massage that often also incorporates myo fascial techniques to assist in correcting imbalances and problems in the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and in connective tissues. The therapy works most of the muscle groups in the body but is concentrated on areas of particular concern. Sports massage is used to correct specific problems and provide relief from muscle and joint injuries. It can also be used as a recovery aid between workouts to enhance performance by promoting flexibility, increasing endurance, aiding in the prevention of further injuries and can even help reduce fatigue and recovery time after injury.

Swedish

30 min, 60 min, 90 min, 120 min

During a Swedish massage, your therapist will first apply massage oil or lotion to your body and then employ long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. These purposeful movements help to warm your muscle tissue, release tension, and release those tight “knots” you may have been experiencing in your neck, shoulders, or back. Targets the superficial layers of muscles and is more focused on relaxation and mild tension relief. Uses lighter pressure compared to deep tissue massage. The touch is often gentle and soothing.

Thai Massage

30 min, 60 min, 90 min, 120 min

Thai massage is actually a combination of accupressure, assisted yoga and Indian Ayurvedic principles. It is very different than most traditional massage styles and the experience is more rigorous and energizing. There is a great deal of movement involved in this type of massage. You’ll need to be wearing comfortable clothing that allows free movement as you are assisted through a series of poses and stretches. No oils or lotions are used in this type of massage. Expect your Thai massage therapist to use their hands, feet, knees and legs while they work with you. Some practitioners combine Thai massage with other types of massage in the same session.

Tui Na

30 min, 60 min, 90 min, 120 min

Tui Na is an ancient Chinese system of manual therapeutics with a wide range of techniques and indications. While traditional Chinese medical precepts form its theoretical basis, clinical experience governs its application. Tui na techniques range from those that are light and soothing to those that are strong and invigorating. Refined over the centuries, tui na facilitates healing by regulating the circulation of blood and qi (vital energy), which controls body function and enhances resistance to disease. The term tui na (pronounced t-weigh na) combines the names of two of the hand techniques that are used, tui meaning to push and na meaning to lift and squeeze. Practitioners of tui na claim there are more than 365 hand techniques, although they can be generally placed in the category of pressing, rubbing, waving, shaking, percussion, or manipulating. The term tui na first appeared in the Ming Dynasty text Pediatric Tui Na Classic in 1601.

Prenatal Massage

30 min, 60 min, 90 min, 120 min

Prenatal massage is a gentle, therapeutic form of bodywork designed specifically for expectant mothers to support the unique changes their bodies experience during pregnancy. By using safe, specialized techniques, prenatal massage can help ease common discomforts such as back pain, swollen ankles, leg cramps, and tension in the hips and shoulders. Beyond physical relief, it also promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and encourages better sleep—benefits that are especially important during this transformative time. Many women also find that prenatal massage enhances their sense of connection to their growing baby, offering both emotional and physical support throughout pregnancy.
